International Shipping

Do you ship to my country?
	Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, please contact us at 408-746-0646 so that we may personally arrange the transaction. We only accept payments using Wire Transfer and PayPal from Verified Member for order outside the United States and Canada. There are no U.S. taxes for international order. However, customer will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information. Customer/Receiver of the package will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes and other charges. Badminton Alley strongly suggests that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. Badminton Alley cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.
What are my payment choices?
	During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. Visa and MasterCard issued by US or Canadian banks are the two payments option we offered currently for order ship within the US and Canada. We accept only Wire Transfer and PayPal Verified Member fund transfer for order outside US and Canada.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
	Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. For countries outside the US and Canada, please contact us for quote on shipping charge. We only ship using FedEx and EMS - Express Mail Service (US Postal Service Express Mail) for international order.
What is the return policy?
