The Yonex Mavis 2000 Yellow is a new release for 2010 with the same structure and design as the Mavis 2000 White 2009 Nylon Shuttlecock by Yonex. The Mavis 2000 line of nylon shuttlecock is an improvement over its best selling shuttlecock, Mavis 500. With the new ribs on its skirt design, the Yonex Mavis 2000 Nylon Shuttlecock offers better spin in its flight and trajectory and little better durability. It has the closest performance to feather shuttlecock beating the Mavis 500 in flight and feel.

No question... If you are considering nylon shuttles, get the M2000s. The flight pattern is more like feather (but can never be just like feather). The skirt does not fray as easily as the 300/350. Also, there is much less "wiggle" in the shuttle after being struck and the 2000 begins spinning more quickly for more stable flight.
