1 year against manufacturer’s defects only upon Yonex inspection. To claim for warranty, Yonex requires customer to contact the dealer where they purchased the racket from. If you purchased the racket from Badminton Alley, please send the racket to us along with $25.00 check for processing fee - this fee is non refundable. Please do not remove the string from the frame when claiming for warranty. Removing the string will void the warranty. If Yonex found the racket was defective after inspection, Yonex will replace the racket with no string installed. Otherwise, Yonex will return the racket back to us and we will contact the customer. This warranty claiming process could take up to 4-6 weeks.
