Yonex ArcSaber 009DX (Arc009DX) Gloss Red badminton racket is based on the DX frame construction to create a stronger frame for high tension stringing. The ArcSaber 009 DX Gloss Red provides an economical price with performance features such as stiff shaft for exceptional control, even balance for all around play (both offense and defense), and strong head frame for high tension stringing. It is a racket with professional features that is affordable for the consumers.

Instead of using the Cup-Stack Carbon Nanotube, the ArcSaber 009DX (Arc009DX) Gloss Red badminton racket uses a more economical NanoAir Spring technology on the frame. By introducing Nanoair Spring into the resin which binds the carbon fibres, nanoscale air bubbles in the material help the racquet to flex and bend as in a spring. The result is a better transfer of energy from string-bed to shuttle for a more powerful shot. As a result, Yonex created an affordable ArcSaber mid-performance rackets with ArcSaber 009DX (Arc009DX) to fulfill the $100-$150 price range market.

Ordered racket on Tuesday. Received it on Thursday. That is fast. Racket has excellent power and control. Much better than the Arcsaber 002/003 model. The racket feels more like Arcsaber 8dx or 10 at a much lower price (I bought mine for $130 during July 4th sale). Overall, I am really happy with this racket.

This racket gives really good control and power. The shinny red gloss color is extremely cool looking. The racket got strung with ZyMax 66 Fire Orange at 24 lbs. I got good power with a loud pop sound every time I head a smash and clear. The racket is pretty well balanced. I had no problem with defending or attacking. Overall, excellent racket.
