Description

Wilson Vision 4 (V4) Quad is top-of-the line racket of the Vision series providing stiff shaft and head heavy balance to produce extra power and control.

Using Hyper-Carbon, the racket has a weigh of only 87g +/- 2g and, yet strong and powerful providing superb high speed performance and maneuverability. The frame is constructed using the IsoGrid technology to increase frame strength and provide anti-torsion stability, especially during hard smashes.

On the 3 and 9 o'clock of the head, Iso-Zorb grommets are used to reduce vibration that could hurt the players hand and arm.

The shaft carbons are pre-cured to achieve the stiffness needed for precise control for all types of shots.

Pro-Flex Top Cap is used on top of the grip to give extra traction for fast drives and flicks.

This product is a CLOSEOUT product. It is being SOLD AS IS without any warranty from the manufacturer, Wilson, or from Badminton Alley. The racket is a brand NEW and unused. This model has been phased out by Wilson Sporting Goods.

Wilson's new IsoGrid technology gives this frame strength and exceptional stability. The stiff frame will add power and consistency to your game. The racket is balanced toward the head to give more power to your smash and clears!

Hyper Carbon(R) construction makes this racquet / racket as light as a feather but as strong and powerful as a prized fighter. Hammer Design delivers a racquet with explosive power. Iso-Zorb(tm) grommets dampen any vibration. Racquet is strung with Wilson Sensation Braid badminton string.

4 of 5 Good Value for money March 18, 2009

Good Value for money. But buy extra string and overgrips. The racket its self is 4 or 5 years old. The printed material that comes with the racquet was copyrighted in 2004 generally a good indicator of a products true age, and is probably why the racquet is sold without a MFG warranty. The grip its self has lost some of its tackiness while in storage and the strings broke after two weeks of play. A good racket overall less the strings and grip. Well worth the 45 dollars but spend another $10 and buy extra string and overgrips or have it restrung. I am a heavy hitter and in the last four months I have broken three racquet frames during play. All Wilson Titanium Power. So I decided to upgrade. The V4 plays like the Ti Power except that its little lighter and the frame around the hitting area is considerably thicker and isnt beveled like the Ti Power.  Would I buy the V4 with the knowledge that I have now. Yes. Will I buy another one. Probably not. Will I restring it. Most certainty

5 of 5 Excellent bargain for excellent racket December 5, 2008
Reviewer: Prakash S from Union City, CA United States
Bought this couple weeks ago for $45 and I am buying one again after this. The racket is light and gave me a lot of power compared to my Yonex mp-22. It is much easier racket to play. My drop, defense, and smash improved drastically. I was able to defend much better on my double game. I would recommend anybody to test this racket first for people looking for racket around $50. Oh ya, it comes with a full cover case also. My $45 iso-75 did not even come with a full cover.
